Originally founded in 2017 with a specialization in lethal force protection training, R30 Agency quickly responded to the needs of our clients. As requests for executive protection services grew, we expanded our capabilities to include private investigations. Albert John Cacace

FOUNDER & CEO

Mr. Cacace founded R30 Agency out of his passion for every citizen’s right to safety and security.


A Vietnam Era veteran, he began his career in the U.S. Army Signal Corps. stationed in South Korea, with a Top Secret Special-Access clearance, Mr. Cacace was responsible for the central region’s cryptographic communications equipment and studied Tae Kwon Do with the locals.


In the 1970’s he began working for the world’s leading real-time computer developer, Systems Engineering Labs (SEL), later known as Gould Computer Systems.


Over the next 25+ years Mr. Cacace led Research & Development teams from concept to production of complex hardware and software networking products for companies that include Ungermann-Bass, the leading global inter-networking product developer at the time.


With over 30-years of experience he then founded a contract Project Management firm in 2001.


Mr. Cacace served for 5-years as Vice President of Education on the Board of Directors for the Project Management Institute (PMI) South Florida Chapter.

He is most proud of his success introducing business leadership practices and the Agile mindset into Project Management curriculum.


He was a contributing writer for PMI’s standard for Program Management.

In 2005, Mr. Cacace wrote and produced a documentary on the Hurricane Katrina disaster, which aired on PBS’ television station WXEL.


Mr. Cacace holds an MBA with specialization in Information Management, a Scrum Master certification (CSM), is PMP Certified with the Project Management Institute, holds several NRA rifle and pistol-instructor certifications, is USCCA Instructor Certified and a proud Life Member of the NRA and the Second Amendment Foundation.


Mr. Cacace enjoys reading, biking, hiking and the occasional chess match.

Johnny Oldano

DIRECTOR, STRATEGIC SECURITY

& INVESTIGATIVE SERVICES


Mr. Oldano comes to R30 with 24-years of service as a Special Agent for the United States Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA). In his role with the DEA, Mr. Oldano investigated, arrested and successfully prosecuted major controlled-substance traffickers as well as violators of international and domestic money laundering laws.


He led all facets of operations, which included planning, staging, executing, arresting, search warrants, judicial intercepts and undercover operations.

As affiant to Title III wiretap investigations, including the first such judicial wire intercept over a cellphone, Mr. Oldano’s efforts set legal precedent for all future cellphone wire taps.


Mr. Oldano held a Top Security Clearance and received several Agency awards including Attorney General’s Award (2014), Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force Exemplary Performance Award (2007), and the DEA Administrator’s Award (2004).


Graduating with honors, Mr. Oldano holds a BS in Criminal Justice from Pace University.

Stephen P. Larsen

DIRECTOR, DIGITAL FORENSICS


Recognizing increasing demand for advanced digital forensic capabilities, Mr. Larsen took the initiative to establish and manage the Digital and Multimedia Forensic Lab for the Suffolk County Department of Probation. His pioneering community corrections forensics lab is renowned as a leading model in digital and multimedia forensic policy and procedures. It specializes in the comprehensive examination of PCs, Macs, mobile phones, gaming systems, and various electronic storage devices. Mr. Larsen is responsible for policy development, curriculum design and instruction.


Recognized by the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists (IACIS) Mr. Larsen's expertise extends beyond his role as a Certified Forensic Computer Examiner. He is also an AccessData Certified Examiner and a Cellebrite Certified Mobile Examiner. Regarded as an expert in computer and mobile forensics, Mr. Larsen has provided court testimony in numerous cases.


Mr. Larsen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Criminalistics from Saint John's University and a Master's degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.


Currently serving as the Director of Training for the Suffolk County Department of Probation, Mr. Larsen exemplifies leadership and a commitment to staying at the forefront of digital forensic advancements. His dedication to advancing the field and his extensive contributions make him an invaluable asset to both the department and the larger forensic community.
